The Adaptive Organisation

We talk about organisation culture, the components of which are both tangible and intangible. What’s missing is that ‘culture’ has no owner. In The Adaptive Organisation we recognise, appreciate and know that organisations are organisms with their own life and essence of being.

In our view the Organisation is the owner of that culture, its Ego, which happens to be manifest through it’s people, structures and systems… knowing this allows us to look beyond the usual into the very essence of the organisation’s identity and energy.
